All medallions come with an 18" chain. Their are two styles of medallions available. They solid medallion and the filagree medallion. The solid medallions are available in silver over pewter or 14k golf over pewter and the filagree medallions are available in14k gold plate over sterling silver on sterling, and sterling silver filagree on sterling silver chain.
